What we do

Disrupting human resources

Founded by three partners who saw an opportunity to disrupt Human Resources as practiced from traditional and compliance-based approaches, to a people driven approach governed by the fusion of three key fields: Human Resources, Psychology & Research. The data gap in the labour market was the feather that tipped the scale when the founders sought for insights on salary scales in Kenya. Evidently, KHC had to exist.

Data Driven

All our interventions are driven by data to inform on all People Decisions made by managers, leaders, and business owners which is accompanied by psychosocial support through Employee Assistance and Wellness Programs.
