A beast that had laid dormant but was active in so many organisations for quite a long time. We have sought to become part of the solution in building conversations around how best we can improve employee well-being, in diverse dimensions both at home and at workplaces, employees’ sense of purpose, and how it aligns with the organisation’s goals and drive productivity.
